What we store
Your account details from your sign-in provider, your bot’s token (encrypted), the content you upload to your vault, and the messages in the chats you give your bot access to, from the moment you connect it.
How long we keep it
Your vault and sales records stay until you delete them. Saved chats are kept while your account is active. Free accounts inactive for 30 days have their saved chats deleted, after a warning.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run PPVault, such as hosting, sign-in and payments. If you turn on AI reply drafts, the parts of a conversation needed for a draft go to our AI provider at the moment you ask. Chat data is never used to train AI models.
Deleting your data
You can delete single items, all saved chats, or your whole account from Settings.
